Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Josie Austin order to the United States, with no minimum spend.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

When your order ships

We process orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend are processed on the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also see it in your account, or email support@josie-austin.com with your order number and we'll look it up.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us within 15 minutes of placing your order and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. After that it may already be on its way.
