Do you really ship for free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) and usually arrive 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after that. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Our returns policy walks you through it.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Chart link next to the size options. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 15 minutes of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that it may already be on its way.
