Return & refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.

How to start a return

Email support@josie-austin.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return shipping and give you a full refund or a replacement, with no restocking fee.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping to our returns warehouse, and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price is deducted from your refund. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we refund you within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Return the original item and place a new order for the one you'd like.
